• Sponsor's and Candidate's Applications

Candidates for an upcoming weekend must be sponsored by someone who has previously made a weekend. Prospective sponsors should read the Sponsorship Guidelines prior to initiating conversation with a prospective candidate.  The respective applications may be read and downloaded; Candidate's Application & Sponsor Application.

• Weekend Schedule

Thursday Candidate Drop Off:	6:00pm
Thursday Sponsor Service:	6:30pm
Saturday Service:	8:15pm
Sunday Service:	3:00pm

• Weekend Meal Serving

Servers to report to kitchen to serve meals at the following times unless otherwise notified:

 

Breakfast:	6:00am
Lunch:	11:00am
Supper:	4:30pm

Servers are to remain until dining and kitchen areas are clean. Contact Head Warden for the specific team if you want to serve.

• Tri-State Tres Dias Retreat Facility

The Tres Dias weekend activities are held in Sarto Retreat Center, a secluded full-service retreat center in Evansville, Indiana.

• Purpose and Program

The purpose of Tres Dias is to demonstrate the possibility of living a Christ-like life today and to nurture those who would like to do just that. The program begins on a Thursday evening and concludes on Sunday afternoon. Men's and women's weekends are held in pairs twice a year.

• Packing List:

• Toiletries
• Medications
• Alarm clock
• Bible
• Comfortable, casual clothes
• Comfortable shoes, especially for the Team Members
• Umbrella - if rain is predicted
• EXTRAS of any of the items provided by Sarto Any photos, comforter, quilt, stuffed animals or things that will make your room feel like home Anything else you may need to sleep you comfortably: small fan, your own pillow, blanket etc.
